Pyxta Pty Ltd owns the platform and its intellectual property. Every engagement is contracted, delivered and supported by Beljay Labs Pty Ltd, its operating company, which also licenses the platform for its own products.
Pyxta Pty Ltd was founded in 2017 and does not trade. Beljay Labs Pty Ltd was founded in 2024. The two are separate companies under the same ownership.

Pyxta has filed a PCT patent application, with all claims deemed novel. PCT stands for the Patent Cooperation Treaty, under which one application can be pursued in many countries. The application has entered national phase in Australia, the United States and Europe.
The platform's method predates it: for years it was used, without AI, on projects for government agencies and large corporates.
